腎動脈像より診断した腎梗塞

A CASE OF RENAL INFARCT

Ⅰ．緒言

　腎梗塞はなおまれな疾患とされ，本邦報告例もいまだ23例をみるにすぎず，臨床診断例も5例にすぎない。

　われわれは，すでに2例の臨床診断例を報告したが，今回さらに腎動脈撮影による診断例をえたので症例をのべる。

A 38 years old house wife visited our clinic 3 days after the sudden onset of colicy pain at the left renal region with fever and gross hematuria. She was pale with agonistic look complicated with slight anemia, leucocytosis of 28,000, elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate and ASLO, increased globulin but no abnormality of blood pressure. Electrocardiogram and cardiophonogram and eye grouds showed grade II by K.W.. K.U.B film showed no evidence of calculi, IVP showed no secretion of dye from the affected side but retrograde pyelogram was within normal limits.
