化膿性弧立性腎嚢胞の1例

INFECTED SORITARY CYST OF THE KIDNEY

Ⅰ．緒言

　弧立性腎嚢胞の嚢胞内感染例については，最近，McGowan and Ippolite　（1960）が2例を報告，それまでの報告はわずか12例のみといい，本邦でも近藤（1953），石原—山科（1960）の2例をみるのみで，まれな疾患である。

　われわれも46歳，家婦で，腰部皮下膿瘍を主訴とした化膿性弧立性腎嚢胞の1例を経験したので症例をのべ，あわせて本邦における単純性腎嚢胞の合併症を検討してみた。

Cystic disease of the kidney other than polycystic kidney are simple cysts (solitary, monolocular, multilocular), pelvic cysts (diverticula of the calyx), peripelvic cysts, perinephritic cysts and secon-dary cysts following various kidney lesions (tumor, calculi, inflammation, obstruction, parasites).

Much discussion of the mechanism of the diseases is presented but many points are still not understood.

With improvements in urologic examinations, many reports have recently appeared on the simple cyst of the kidney and it no longer seems to be a rarity.
