小切開内視鏡下手術を施行した下大静脈後尿管

Portless endoscopic surgery for retrocaval ureter

　下大静脈後尿管に対して行う術式は開放手術が一般的であるが，近年は低侵襲手術として体腔鏡下手術も行われるようになっている。本症例のようにPNLやTUL，さらにはESWL治療のために癒着が予測された下大静脈後尿管の手術においては，低侵襲，良好な視野，操作の確実性を兼ね備えた内視鏡下小切開手術は非常に有用な方法であった。

　In a 52 years old male with retrocaval ureter,laparoscopic surgery was performed with minimal invasive surgical techniques. Severe adhesive change around the ureter and vena cava was managed successfully with this technique providing,good visualization of the operation field.
