85歳，女性．75歳時，外陰部Paget病のため切除縫合術を受けた，当科初診の2か月前，左腋窩の紅斑と腫瘤に気づき，初診時には，右腋窩にも浸潤性紅斑を認めた．両側とも病理組織学的にPaget細胞を認め，triple extramammaryPaget病と診断した．腋窩のリンパ節を含めリンパ節転移はなかった．複数部位に発生した乳房外Paget病の女性の本邦報告例は非常に少なく，外陰部と腋窩の乳房外Paget病としては本邦で初めての女性例である．
