38歳男の包皮のnon-venereal sclerosing lymphangitis of the penisの典型例を報告するとともに，包皮の正常のリンパ管，血管，モンドル病，静脈瘤の組織学的所見の比較，今までの報告例より18例をえらび所見の総括をした結果，本疾患は，限局性非腫瘍性のリンパ管病変，特にリンパ管拡張とそれに続発する壁の肥厚が病変の主体と推定された．
