　内臓癌の皮膚転移はリンパ節や他の内臓臓器への転移に比して比較的まれとされている，わが国では，胃癌はその死因別死亡統計において，癌全体の半数近くの高頻度を占めているにもかかわらず，これの皮膚転移を経験することはまれであり，その比率は低いものとされる^1）．著者は最近，胃癌のため胃剔除術施行後，ほとんど全身に広汎な皮膚転移をきたし，臨床上特異な皮膚の病像を生じた1例を経験したので，これを記載するとともに若干の考察を試みたい．

A 52-year-old woman had the metastatic lesion of the skin on the left side of the navel after the re-section of the gastric cancer. Although the skin lesion was resected, it enlarged and occupied the trunk and extremities etc.

In this case the route of metastasis from the gastric cancer to the skin was almost confirmed. The skin manifestation was characteristic and the total course of the disease was extremely long.
