Recurrent Neutrophilic Dermatosis：Variant form of Sweet's syndrome

RECURRENT NEUTROPHILIC DERMATOSIS:VARIANT FORM OF SWEET'S SYNDROME

　1964年Sweet^1）は発熱，白血球増多を伴い，多型紅斑様疼痛性発疹を有する8例を経験，その臨床像および組織像からAcute Febrile Neutrop-hilic Dermatosisと命名報告したが，翌年Fuld^2）は本症が単に個体の細菌あるいは化学物質に対する感受性の相違によるもので，改めてclinicalentityを認める必要はないと反論した。

　しかし1968年Crowら^3）が3例を追加，詳細に検討した。またSweet^2）自身もその後4例を追加，さらに1968年Whittleら^4）はその異型と考えられる2例を経験，その独特な臨床像と組織所見からRecurrent Neutrophylic Dermatosisと仮称，上記Sweet's syndromeを1つの独立疾患でWhittleら^4）の症例はそのvariant formであるとした。最近筆者らは顔面に再発性に発生したUlerythema sycosiforme様発疹をきたした18歳，女子例を経験，その臨床，組織所見ともにWhittleら^4）の報告した症例にきわめて類似していることから表記の病名で，報告したので，この機会にSweet's syndromeを紹介し，あわせて2,3他の類似疾患との鑑別をしてみたい。

A case of this disease in a 18-year-old girl with the recurrent eruptions of the face, which resembled closely to the ulerythema sycosiforme, was reported.
