Pseudoxanthoma elasticumの4例

PSEUDOXANTHOMA ELASTICUM

I．はじめに

　本症は1884年BalzerによりXanthoma ela-sticumとして記載され，後Darier （1896）により真の黄色腫と異なるとしてPseudoxantho-ma elasticum （以下Px-E）と命令されたものである。1929年に至り眼科医Grönbladと皮膚科医StrandbergがPx-Eに眼底のangioidstreakが合併した同一症例を，それぞれ別々に報告した。以来両者の合併例が多く報告され，Grönblad-Strandberg症候群とよばれるようになつた。しかしながら単に眼底のみならず，他の内臓の諸病変，特に血管ないし循環系の障害，骨の変化などをも合併することが明らかにされ，本症が全身系統的疾患であるという考えが強くなつてきた。本邦ではこれに関する高橋^1）のすぐれた綜説があるが，最近われわれも本症の4例について全身疾患として若干の検索を試みたので，それについて簡単にのべてみたい。

Four cases of this disease in 20-, 26-, 30- and 58-year-old women were reported. All of them had their location mainly on their neck. They had also angioid streak in the retina. In one case both visual and myocardial disturbances were proved.

Histologic specimen showed irregular, granular basophilic particles in the mid-and lower-dermis in H & E stain, which were positive by the Weigert's elastic stain and proved deposi-tion of calcium by the Kossa's stain.
