はじめに

　唾液腺導管癌（salivary duct carcinoma：SDC）は全唾液腺腫瘍の約10％を占め，高齢者，男性，耳下腺に好発する高悪性度の腫瘍である。組織学的に乳管癌に類似し，明瞭な核小体と類円形の核，および好酸性の細胞質を有する腫瘍細胞が篩状構造や乳頭状・充実性の増殖パターンを示すのが特徴である。組織学的亜型として肉腫様亜型，富粘液亜型，浸潤性微小乳頭亜型などがあるが，稀ながらラブドイド様亜型を示すことがある^1）。今回，われわれはラブドイド形質を伴う唾液腺導管癌（salivary duct carcinoma with rhabdoid features：SDCRF）を経験したので報告する。

　A 77-year-old man presented with a right submandibular mass. A 25-mm ill-defined mass with swelling of the cervical lymph nodes was observed in the right submandibular region. Fine-needle aspiration cytology revealed Class Ⅲ. One month later, right submandibular adenomectomy and cervical lymph-node dissection were performed. The pathological diagnosis was salivary duct carcinoma with rhabdoid features（SDCRF）. No recurrence or metastasis was observed at the 10-month follow up. SDCRF was first reported in 2014, and 21 cases have been reported till date. Owing to its rarity, immunohistochemical and genetic analyses are important.
