口内炎を初発症状とした尋常性天疱瘡の2例

Two cases of pemphigus vulgaris

Ⅰ　はじめに

　難治性口内炎の鑑別疾患として尋常性天疱瘡はよく知られているが，実際に耳鼻咽喉科医が遭遇する機会は少なく，確定診断までに時間を要した報告が散見される^1～3）。

　今回われわれは尋常性天疱瘡の2例を経験したので報告する。

　A 69-year-old male and a 79-year-old male presented to our hospital with intractable stomatitis. Antibodies against desmoglein 1 and 3 were detected in case 1 and only desmoglein 3 in case 2. Histopathology of both cases showed an intraepidermal vesicle. Therefore,pemphigus vulgaris was diagnosed. The frequent initial symptom of this disease is intraoral symptoms,so otolaryngologists have to participate in treatment of this disease.
