舌骨下筋群内に発生したintramuscular myxomaの1例

A case of an intramuscular myxoma of infrahyoid muscles

I．はじめに

　Intramuscular myxomaは稀な良性の軟部組織腫瘍で，1965年にEnzinger^1）により初めて臨床病理学的に報告された。大腿や臀部，肩の大きな筋肉内に発生することが多く^2,3），頭頸部での報告は10症例しかない。今回，われわれは，舌骨下筋群内に発生したintramuscular myxomaの1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

An intramuscular myxoma is rare benign tumor and hardly occurs in head and neck region. We reported a first case of an intramuscular myxoma of infrahyoid muscles. It was difficult to make diagnosis without pathological examinations of the excised specimen. We made diagnosis of a benign soft tissue tumor which was not diagnosed by CT,MRI,Echo and fine needle aspiration. We underwent a simple excision for final diagnosis.
