Seasonal variations of uveitis

　文献と過去3年間の自験例を検索した結果全体としてみたぶどう膜炎の発症には明らかな季節変動はなかった。原田病の発症は，春と晩秋に多い傾向があった。ベーチェット病やHLA-B27関連ぶどう膜炎など，眼炎症が再発する疾患では，冬季に眼炎症が多発していた。

From a review of literature and own cases during the past 3 years, there was no apparent variation in the endogenous uveitis when seen as a whole. Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease tended to be more frequent in the spring and late autumn. Recurrent intraocular inflammations, including Behçet disease and HLA-B27 associated uveitis, showed a higher incidence of recurrences in winter.
