Valsalva maneuverによると考えられる網膜前および硝子体出血の1例

A case of preretinal and vitreous hemorrhage presumably due to Valsalva maneuver

　19歳，男性でValsalva maneuverにょる静脈圧の上昇が原因であると考えられる網膜前および硝子体出血の1例を報告した。出血は排便中に発症し，全身的，局所的にも他には異常は認められなかった。血液は吸収され，視力予後は良好であった。

A 19-year-old male presented with preretinal and vitreous hemorrhage in his right eye. According to the patient, the hemorrhages developed while he was striving to defecate. He manifested no other systemic or laboratory abnormalities. Full visual acuity was restored after spontaneous resorption of hemorrhage.
