　47歳53歳，56歳の3例の女性に発症した，涙小管放線菌症を報告した。

　うち，1例からガスクロマトグラフィーにより，Arachnia ProPionica （Actinomyces propionicus）が菌同定された。

　本症は頻度が少ないため，日常診療上みのがされやすい。治療に抵抗性の片眼性の結膜炎には，一応本症を疑って検査，診断して，根治的治療を行うことが必要である。

　また，本菌同定に，ガスクロマトグラフィーが必須であることを述べた。

Three cases of actinomycotic canaliculitis were described. All of them were females, with ages of 47, 53 and 56 years. They suffered from chronic tearing and discharge with swelling and redness in the region of the lacrimal canal. Several small masses of concretion (granules) extruded from the lacrimal punct orifice on pressure. Culture of granules were positive for Actinomyces sp. and one of them was determined as Arachnia propionica (Actinomyces propionicus) by using gas chromato-graphy. Canaliculitis improved after treatment with removing masses of concretion and irrigation with chloramphenicol.
