眼科サーモグラフィの研究—種々の観察方法について

Thermography in ophthalmology.:Evaluation of various techniques

　サーモグラフィを眼科臨床検査に応用する目的で，サーモグラフィによる種々の観察方法について検討を行った。

（1）単純検査法：画像拡大法およびコンピュータ画像処理観察法によって，サーモグラフィによる前眼部の表在性微細病変の検出が可能になった。

（2）負荷検査法：眼球内部および眼窩内の深在性病変に対しては，持続開瞼負荷後の経時温度変化検査法および冷却負荷後の温度回復検査法を用いることによって，病態をサーモグラフィでつかむことができた。

　眼科サーモグラフィは上記の方法を用いることにより，臨床上広範囲の眼疾患に適応でき，診断学上，きわめて利用価値のある検査法である。

In order to make thermography available in clinical ophthalmologic routine, an evaluation was made on various techniques. As the basic apparatus, a thermoviewer JTC-MD (Nippon Densi Co.) was used throughout.

Introduction of magnification and image pro-cessing system with the use of computer resulted in a more detailed detection of small lesions in theanterior ocular segment by thermography.

A continuous recording of thermal alterations, either with the eyes being kept open or during the course of recovery from forced cooling as provoca-tion.
