眼窩嚢腫の2例

Two cases of orbital cyst

　眼窩内に原発したと思われる眼窩嚢腫の2症例について，臨床経過および病理組織所見について報告した。

　症例1は，小眼球症に合併した両眼性の嚢腫の症例で，組織学的には一層の立方上皮で被われた良性の嚢腫であった。症例2は，著明な眼球突出をきたした症例で，病理組織学検索により，嚢腫状に発育したneurinomaと判明した。

Two cases of orbital cyst were studied clinically and histopathologically.

The first patient was a 22-year-old woman who had microphthalmos by birth. She complained of swelling of both lower eyelids. Cystic tumors, well demarcated and about 2 cm in diameter, were obse-rved in both orbits. Histopathological examination revealed these tumors to be benign cysts lined by a single cuboidal epithelium.

The other patient was a 72-year-old woman who complained of leftexop hthalmos. Computed tomo-graphy and orbital venography revealed a retro-bulbar mass located within the cone of muscles. Kroenlein's operation was performed.
