「桐沢型ブドウ膜炎」の6症例

Six cases of so called"Kirisawa Type"uveitis

緒　言

　1971年浦山ら^1）は，その経過，病像からみて，これまでの報告にみられなかつた特異なブドウ膜炎の6症例を報告し，「桐沢型ブドウ膜炎」と命名した。我々は1973年から1978年6月までに，これに類似する6症例を経験した。そのなかの1例では初期症状を観察することができ，また一見健常と思われた他眼のERGに変化をみとめたので，これらの所見を含め，この疾患の経過および病像について報告する。

We observed 6 cases of so-called 'Kirisawa-type' uveitis (Urayama 1971). The condition was unilateral in 5 cases and bilateral in 1 case. In all the cases, the disease developed as pan-uveitis of sudden onset. There were slight inflammatory signs in theanterior ocular segment accompanied by transient ocular hypertension. As characteristic features, there were thick fibrinous vitreous opacity, massive confluent exudates in the peripheral retina and yellowish precipates over the retinal arteries. An extensive retinal detachment with numerous holes developed about 7 weeks after the onset leading toblindess.
