裂孔原性網膜剥離と緑内障（続報）

Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment and glaucoma, Report 2.

緒　言

　われわれは裂孔原性網膜剥離眼にときに高眼圧を伴うことを経験したので，裂孔原性網膜剥離（以下単に網膜剥離とよぶ）と緑内障の関連性について検索し，すでに網膜剥離眼の8.5％に高眼圧例が存在すること，および原発性開放隅角緑内障が5％併存することを報告^1）した。その後網膜剥離の眼圧状態についてさらに検索を続け，とくに剥離症例の他眼を詳しく検索し網膜剥離と原発性開放隅角緑内障との関連性について検討した。その結果，前報の結論を確認しさらにこの両者にはかなりの発病素因共通性のあることを示す興味ある成績をえたので報告する。

Intraocular pressures of 58 eyes of 54 cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, which were treated in our clinic during the past eight months, were checked with the applanation tonometer of Goldmann. In 58 eyes, 6 eyes were related with glaucoma : primary open angle glaucoma (3 eyes), ocular hypertension (1 eye), traumatic secondary glaucoma (1 eye) and secondary glau-coma with Posner-Schlossman syndrome (1 eye). Primary open angle glaucoma thus occurred in 5.8% of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.
