I．緒言

　石原氏色盲検査表を用いて色覚検査を行う場合に，大部分の例に於ては容易に色覚正常者であるか異常者であるかの判定を下し得るが，時にはその判定に困難する例に遭遇することがある。このような場合に如何なる基準で判定を下すのが妥当であるかを研究する目的で本実験を行つた。同時に近年発売された米国のH-R-R仮性同色表による色覚異常者の検出成績に就ても検討を行うこととした。

I tried this experiment in order to pursue the standard for screening color normals from color deffectives. 1185 students of a middle school were tested by Ishihara test (24 plates 1955) and American-Optical Hardy-Rand-Rittler test (1955), and among them 193 subjects were tested by Nagel anomaloscope. As its result, by means of the Ishihara test those who are under 5 points in the Number of plates mis-read are judged to be normal, between 6 and 7 points normal and deffective are mixed and those at 8 points or above are all judged to be defective.
