水晶体嚢皺襞形成について—特にチン氏帯異常と関聯して

Folds in the Lens Capsule.

緒言

　水晶体嚢の皺襞形成はVogtが始めてこれをLinsenkapselfaltungと名付け，水晶体嚢の主要な病的変化の一つとして記載した。其の後本症についての報告は稀である。私は最近本症の四例を経験したので報告する。

Case 1. A slight lenticular opacicy and folds in the anterior capsule after a contusion injury were observed. Subluxation of the lens and rupture of the zonule were also observed. (Fig.1 and 2 in the commencement and Fig.1 in the body)

Case 2. Folds in the anterior lens capsule and lammelar detachment of the zonule after anocular injury were found. (Fig.3 in the commencement)

Case 3. Many folds in the lens of typical congenital uvae coloboma along the interior pupil edge were found. In this case the hypoplasie of the zonule fibers was observed. (Fig.4)
