スライドの背景色に関する問題

ON THE BACKGROUND COLOR OF PROJECTION SLIDES

緒言

　投影にカラースライドを用いる場合，背景色に青を用いることが世界的に流行し，今年の医学総会でも大幅にこれが用いられるようである，著者は，青色スライドは見悪く，疲労を感ずるようなので，しからばいかなる背景色が良いかを検討してみた。

The author measured in the darkness the dis-tances and the refractive degrees to see clear the projected sighttesting charts with one of 7 different kinds of background colors, (namely orange, red, brown, blue, green (old type), green (new type) and black,) by the right eye of 9 females between 18-20 years of age and got the result that the green background of the new type which was developed from Konishi-roku Photoindustry Co. Ltd. by the suggestion of the author seems to be best from the oph-thalmological point of view.
