網膜剥離に対する人工軟骨（Elicon）埋沒術の成績

The Results of the Scleral Buckling With the Artificial Cartilage (Elicon) for Retinal Detachment.

I．はしがき

　昭和34年臨床眼科学会において人工軟骨埋没術の報告^1）を行つたが，その後症例を重ね昭和40年7月迄に64例の埋没術を行つたので，その成績について報告し，諸家の批判を願う次第である。

The results of 64 cases after scleral buckl-ing with the artificial cartilase (Elicon) for the last five years (1960-1965), treated in Sapporo Municipal General Hospital, is discussed. Com-plete reatachment of the retina was obtained in 84%of the buckling cases. Diathermy was performed on other 9 simple cases, whole of which had complete cure.
