Electric Ophthalmitis and Menu.

I．はじめに

　電気性眼炎は，同一人でも，強い紫外線に暴される毎に起るとは限らない。本症の原因は尚不明に属するが，一般に，炎衝性疾患の基本が滲透性体質にあるとするならば^1），その体質形成に関与する食餌のとり方は，同じく本症発生の一因をなす事が考えられる。ここに，症例数の少い恨みはあるが，昭和39年より40年に亘る約1年間に経験した，発生当日の食餌内容の比較的明かな，本症29例につき，食餌と本症との関係を検討してみた。

A report is presented over the influence of the dietic habit of 29 patients with electric oph-thalmitis. In the analysis of the menu during the day of occurrence of the disease, unbala-nce among each nutritious element was seen. Such unbalance was caused by "refined corn", "deficiency in green and yellow vegetablesor seaweeds" and "over-eating of animal pro-tein" According to the result of this analysis, the menu inclined to acidity in most case.
