精神盲を疑い脳血管撮影により右後大脳動脈閉塞を認めた1症例について

A case of suspected psychic blindness due to occlusion of posterior cerebral artery

Ⅰ．緒言

　著者は最近視力障害の原因と思われる眼科的所見が発見出来ず，精神盲を疑い，脳血管撮影により右後大脳動脈閉塞を認めた1症例を経験したのでここに報告する。

A 63-year-old female presented symptoms simulating psychic blindness with intense im-pairment of visual acuity, left-sided homony-mous hemianopsia and psychic disorders with almost no concomitant ophthalmological fin-dings. Cerebral angiography showed occlusion of the right posterior cerebral artery, which was then interpreted as the primary cause of the multifarious symptoms.

The psychic symptoms included disturbance of mathematical calculation, impairment of memory and of recognition, visual agnosia of matter and person, space agnosia in the left side and color agnosia.
