麦粒腫起炎菌の抗生物質感受性の4カ年間の成績とその推移

Sensitivity test of the organisms isolated from the pus of hordeolum for the last fours years

Ⅰ．目的

　ここに報告する成績は，昭和34年11月より38年10月までの満4カ年間に4回にわけて，毎年群馬県桐生地区で麦粒腫の起炎菌の抗生物質感受性を検査した成績で，現在の耐性菌の動向を知り，抗生物質療法の選択の為に何等かの参考になれば幸いであると考え報告するものである。

　我々が麦粒腫の起炎菌を感受性試験の対象に選んだのは，第一に細菌性結膜炎等の各種の細菌性眼科疾患が減少して行きつつある現在，尚相当数の患者があり一定期間にかなりの症例数を集めることが出来て，一般的傾向を知る事に於て都合が良いこと，第二に麦粒腫切開の際に得られた膿よりは，細菌性結膜炎の眼脂，あるいは涙裏炎の膿等に比較して雑菌の混入のはるかに少い材料が得られるであろうと考えたからである。

The authors performed the sensitivity test to antibiotics on the organisms isolated from the pus of hordeolum on 4 occasions from Nov. 1959 to Oct. 1963.

Out of the 10 antibiotics Studied, Erythro-mycin, Oleandomycin and Leucomycin were highly effective. Penicillin and Sulfonamide were less effective to most of the organisms.

Those organisms isolated from inpatients showed more drug resistence than those from outpatients.

It was recognized that the organisms have been getting more drug resistence year by year.
