保育園児の双眼視力

Biocular visual acuity of nursery school children

　幼児の視力は図形視標の幼児視力表によつて測定された成績が多い。そこで著者は普通の視力表によつて幼児の視力測定を行なつてみた。その成績を述べてみたい。

Biocular visual acuity was examined using-the Snellen's Hook (Iroue's Hook) about 2,000 nursery school children. Mean values of vis-ual acuity were : 3 year-old children 0.527, 4 year-old 0.844, 5 year-old 1.061. There was a wide difference in the distribution of visu-al acuity between 3 year-old children and 4 year-old ones.
