視紅再生とERGについて

Studies on the relationship between the regeneration of visual purple and E. R. G. in the rabbits living eye

I．緒言

　網膜は光電変換器であると共にそれによつて生じた電気的変化を中枢へ伝達する回路である。此の光電変換は化学反応を介して行われる。そこで著者は桿体動物である家兎を用い色光順応下に於ける視紅とERGの関係を追及する事にした。しかし生体眼網膜には予備力と云うか，蓄積力と云うか或種の余裕が考えられ，少しぐらいの外的条件の変化では電気的変化として誘導する事は困難である。したがつて此の種の実験は由来摘出眼球或いは視紅抽出液においてなされて来ている。そこで生体眼においては如何にしてこれ等を単純化して実験したらよいか考察し，次いで，視紅の再生に対する色光の影響を検討したので報告する。

The retina concerned with the electroretinogram comprising b-wave in addition to othercomponents, displays a photoelectrical conversion depending upon the physiological transmi-ssive properties of the stimulus and the state of retinal adaptation.

In relation to the photoelectrical conversion, the changes produced by retinal adaptation could be intervened by photochemical reaction.

In this report, I would like to present some factual information on the relation between the regeneration of visual purple and the E. R. G. in the state of coloured. adaptation of rabbit rod alone retina.
