On a case of orbital cellulttis caused by tooth-germ sequestrating osteomyelitis

An infection of occular fossa that apperently originated from an initial gingival infection which soon developed into osteomyelitis of the maxillary bone as a contiguous involvement is found in a patient, aged 4 months. The cure is effected by surgical intervention and by use of antibiotics. The authors emphasize the fact that for diagnosis and treatment of occular fossa infections.
