白内障術後の保清開始時期についてのアンケート調査

要約　目的：手術施設・非手術施設間の「白内障地域連携パス」作成の基礎となる情報として，白内障術後の保清開始の適切な時期のアンケート調査を行ったので報告する。対象と方法：順調な白内障手術後のシャワー，入浴，介助洗髪，自己洗髪について手術後何日目から許可するのが適当と考えるか，大阪市東淀川区の眼科医師を中心に記名式のアンケート用紙を郵送した。結果：97施設に送付し，回答は81施設から得られた（回収率約83.5％）。術後シャワーについて最も多い回答は2日目が39％であったが，1～5日に回答は散らばっていた。また，入浴開始は7日目以上が多く（1～14日），介助洗髪4～5日（1～20日），自己洗髪7日が31％（5～30日）であった。結論：適切な保清開始時期については，医師の間で考え方の大きな違いがあることが判明した。「地域連携パス」の作成にあたっては，これらの意見を取り入れながら形成していくことが重要である。

Abstract.　Purpose：A survey was conducted to form the basis of a common follow-up schedule after cataract surgery. We report the results of questionnaires to ophthalmologists in Osaka as to when to permit patients to take a shower, bath, assisted or unassisted shampoo after uneventful surgery. Material and Method：Questionnaires requiring signatures were mailed to 97 ophthalmologists in the vicinity of our hospital. Result：Eighty-one（83.5％）responses were collected. On taking showers, two days after surgery was the most frequent response at 39％, but opinions varied from 1 to 5 days after surgery. The opinion of the majority is that patients should start to take baths after 7 days（1-14 days）, to shampoo their hair with assistance after 4-5 days（1-20 days）and to shampoo their hair without assistance after 7 days（5-30 days）from the date of surgery. Conclusion：There is wide variance among doctors as to when to permit patients to clean themselves after surgery. It is important to incorporate different opinions when making a common follow-up schedule.
