広画角デジタル眼底カメラを用いた小児蛍光眼底造影

Fluorescein angiography in children using a wide-angle digital fundus camera

要約　画角120度のデジタル眼底カメラを用い，乳幼児10例に全身麻酔下での蛍光眼底造影検査を計25回行った。年齢は生後3か月から6歳であり，疾患の内訳は，網膜芽細胞腫4例，コーツ病3例，家族性滲出性硝子体網膜症2例，網膜血管病変1例である。所見は静止画または動画として記録した。モニタ画面で得られた画像を参考にして，症例によっては引き続いて光凝固を行った。使用した装置（RetCam 120^(R)）は，操作が簡便，広画角なので短時間で撮影が可能，造影所見がただちに得られる，複数の医師による観察が可能，過去の画像との比較が容易，眼底写真との比較対比が可能などの利点がある。これらの特徴から，本装置は小児の眼底疾患に対して特に有用であると評価される。

Abstract.　We performed fluorescein angiography in 10 infants and children under general anesthesia. We used RetCam 120^(R)which is a digital fundus camera with the angle subtending 120 degrees. The age of patients ranged from 3 months to 6 years. The series comprised retinoblastoma 4 eyes,Coats disease 3 eyes,familial exudative vitreoretinopathy 2 eyes,and retinal angiopathy 1 eye. Throughout the series,fluorescein angiography was performed on 25 sessions. The findings were recorded either as still or motion images. In selected cases,fundus photocoagulation was performed guided by these images. The present system is easy to operate. It produces on-the-spot angiograms for multiple observers. It also allows comparison with the stored data or color fundus pictures. Because of these features,this system promises to be useful particularly for pediatric patients with fundus problems.
