視覚障害者手帳5級の視野面積を測る方法―動的視野測定機能を備えた自動視野計を用いた場合

Quantitation of visual field area in grade 5 visually handicapped persons. Use of kinetic automated perimeter

　視覚障害者5級は，両眼のⅠ/4合成面積が基準視野に対し半分以上障害されていると取得できる。従来，医師の主観判定であったが，視野面積を計算する方法を考案した。対象は眼疾患のない正視から－3Dまでの15名の被検者。動的視野測定のできるハンフリー（750型）または，オクトパス（101型）を用い測定した。Adobe Photoshop^(R)にて両眼視野を合成し，基準視野を重ねてⅠ/4の合成領域を囲み，面積をLenara1.02^(R)で計算して基準視野の面積との比を求めた。750型で測定した9名の基準視野に対する比は0.58，101型で測定した5名のそれは0.51であり，15名中11名が0.6未満，3名は0.5未満となった。

　The fifth grade of visually disabled is defined as whose visual field area taken by I/4 is less than the half area of the so-called normal. It was used to be judged only by impression. We made a way to calculate the area of visual field. We chose 15 normal persons whose reflex is between emetropia and －3D. We used Humphrey 750 and Octpus101 which can perform kinetic perimetory. We merged both visual field by Adobe Photshop^(R) and calculated the area by Lenara1.02^(R) and made the ratio against the normal field area. The ratio was 0.58 in 750 group and 0.51 in 101 group. We succeed in calculating the visual field,however,also found out either：the so-called normal field is too wide or I/4 is too dim.
