悪性神経鞘腫は軟部悪性腫瘍の約3％と比較的稀な腫瘍で，多くは四肢に発生する．今回われわれは，腰部椎間板ヘルニア様症状を呈し，左心房に転移性腫瘤を認めた稀有な症例を経験したので，剖検所見と併せて報告する．
