はじめに
膝の靱帯損傷のなかでも内側側副靱帯の損傷は前後十字靱帯や半月損傷との組合せで検討され，数多くの研究報告がなされている．
一方膝の外側の損傷は症例の少ないこともあつてか比較的等閑視されているが，われわれは外側の損傷をたんに外側側副靱帯のみでなく，外側構成体全体の損傷として考慮すべきであることを提言してきた．
