要旨：前・後十字靱帯の損傷に対する自家腱を用いた鏡視下前・後十字靱帯同時再建術につき，手術方法の詳細，術後リハビリテーション，近隔成績につき述べた．本法は，安全で良好な成績が期待できる術式であるが，行程が多く，かつ中間位の決定などに難渋するなど，問題点も残されている．施行に当たっては，綿密な術前計画と手慣れたチームによる正確で迅速な手術手技と，慎重な術後リハビリテーションが要求される．
