はじめに
上腕骨小頭離断性骨軟骨炎(肘osteochondritis dissecans：OCD)は若いアスリート，特に野球や投てき，体操，重量挙げなどのオーバーヘッドスポーツ選手に好発し，初期では臨床症状に乏しく，無症候性のまま長期間経過する1)．進行すると変形性肘関節症を来すため，本症の早期発見，早期治療介入が望まれる．
