　小児の急性白血病は骨関節症状を初発症状とすることも稀ではない．本疾患においては臨床所見，血液検査所見においても特異的なものがない場合もあり，そのために診断が遅れることもしばしばある．今回われわれは10歳，女児にみられた骨関節症状を初発症状とした急性分類不能型白血病の症例を経験した．主訴は両膝関節痛であり，単純X線所見において下肢および骨盤に多発性に異常陰影が認められた．生検術の結果，急性分類不能型白血病と診断した．本症例に対し若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

　Childhood acute leukemia frequently presents with orthopedic manifestations. The diagnosis of acute leukemia is difficult to make because the laboratory data and physical findings are not pathognomonic. We report a case of acute unclassified leukemia in a 10-year-old girl who presented with bilateral knee pain. Radiographic examination revealed diffuse osteopenia in the long extremity and the pelvis. The diagnosis was confirmed by open biopsy of the left tibia. Acute leukemia should be included in the differential diagnosis when a patient presents with unexplained pain in the extremities.
