抄録 家族性アルツハイマー型痴呆を有する1家系について報告した。本家系は，現在までのところ，二代8名がアルツハイマー型痴呆に罹患しており，そのうち2例は剖検によりアルツハイマー型痴呆であることが確認された。
遺伝形式は常染色体性優性遺伝と考えられた。
