長期間にわたり明瞭な自己像幻視が出現した精神分裂病の1例

A Case of Schizophrenia with Persistent Clear Autoscopy

【抄録】　長期間にわたり明瞭な自己像幻視が出現した精神分裂病の1例を経験した。長期間にわたる自己像幻視が出現した患者背景として，自己像幻視の易発現性にかかわる要素が多数存在することが考えられた。また，本症例は長期間にわたり分裂病症状が初期症状にとどまっており，二重身体験と精神分裂病における症状進展の抑止という臨床的意味において示唆に富む症例と考えられた。

　A 26-year-old man presented with clear autoscopy for a long time. It was revealed that there were various factors related to his autoscopy. Moreover early symptoms including autoscopy of schizophrenia persisted for a long time without further deterioration. Thus, my case suggests a possibility that autoscopy may be associated with preventing the aggravation of schizophrenia.
