　本研究では，神経発達症や社交不安症などの診断を受けて児童精神科を受診している子どもの養育者を対象に自由記述式の予備調査を行い，育児ストレスエピソードを収集した。収集した記述について項目分析と因子分析を行ったところ，5因子24項目が抽出された。5つの因子についてCronbachのα係数を算出したところ，高い信頼性が確認された。また，作成した育児ストレス尺度の各因子得点とPOMS短縮版のTMD得点および育児スタイル尺度の各因子得点について，Pearsonの積率相関係数を算出した結果，すべての因子間で有意な正の相関関係にあることが確認され，育児ストレス尺度(PSS-CP)の妥当性も確認された。

　The purpose of this study was to develop the Parental Scale Inventory in Child Psychiatry outpatients (PSS-CP) and to examine the reliability and validity of the scale. Exploratory factor analysis indicated that a five-factor solution provided a better fit to the data. PSS-CP was revealed to have good internal consistency, and its validity was confirmed from Pearson's correlations with mood states and parenting style. The clinical usefulness of PSS-CP was also discussed.
