　抄録　分裂病患者の反応時間（RT）の遅れが情報処理のどの過程の障害によるものかを，適応形相関フィルタ（ACF）を用いて1試行毎のP300潜時を推定し，検討した。対象は20代と30代の男性分裂病患者9名，男性正常者9名。刺激は970Hz（17％），1,030Hz（17％），1,000Hz（66％）の純音で，低頻度刺激の一方を目標として反応させた。脳波はPzから単極導入した。両群の課題遂行成績はほぼ等しかった。刺激同期加算波形のP300振幅は分裂病群で減衰していた。分裂病群ではACFによるP300成分の推定が不良な試行が増加していた。ACFによるP300成分の推定が十分良好な試行では，P300潜時は両群でほぼ等しく，分裂病群のRTは約90ミリ秒延長していた。RTとP300潜時の相関は分裂病群で低下していた。以上の結果から，分裂病ではCognitive ProcessとBehavior ProcessのDccouplingの存在，すなわち，二つのProcessを統制しているOrganizing Systemの障害が示唆された。

　ERPs were recorded, with simultaneous measurement of RTs, from schizophrenics with mild symptomatology and normals during a 3-tone auditory paradigm. Performance levels and P3 latencies were nearly equal in both groups. However, RTs in schizophrenics were delayed by approximately 90 msec as compared to normals. Correlation between P3 latencies and RTs were lower in schizophrenics than in normals. Above results seem to originate from some deficits in a higher organizing system in schizophrenics.
