P300の臨床

P300 in neurology and psychiatry.

I．はじめに

　「P300の基礎」に続く本稿では，現在得られているP300に関する所見のうちで主に臨床に関連した所見をまとめることを目的とする。これらのうちで，1984年前後までの所見については邦文の総説にもまとめられている（亀山ら，1986a,b^35,36））ので，本稿ではそこで触れられなかった所見およびその後に発表された報告に重点を置いてまとめることとする。以下，II．神経・精神疾患におけるP300について，III．P300におよぼす薬物の影響について，IV．P300の発生機構について，の順で話を進めていく。

This article provides an up-dated review of recent advances in P300 studies in neurology and psychiatry. The following three main issues are discussed;(1) altered P300s in neuro-psychiatric disorders,(2) psychotropic drug effects on P300s, (3) possible neural basis for P300 generation.

(1) Altered P300s in neuro-psychiatric disorders. More efforts have been directed to clarify the relationship between altered P300s and clinical manifestations in neuro-psychiatric disorders, aim-ing at developing a new objective diagnostic or assessing tool applicable in these disorders.
