閉塞性動脈硬化症患者の冠動脈病変の検出における負荷心筋シンチグラムの有用性について

Usefulness of Stress Scintigraphy on Screening Coronary Artery Disease in Peripheral Vascular Patients

　閉塞性動脈硬化症（ASO）患者は，高率に冠動脈病変を合併する．手術適応の決定には非観血的な冠動脈病変のスクリーニング検査が必要である．負荷心筋シンチグラム（SSG）の有用性について検討した．ASO患者49名を対象とし，27名に冠動脈造影を行った．49名中23名が下肢痛を運動終点としたが心筋イメージでは有意狭窄をもつ12名中10名が虚血を示した．SSGは冠動脈病変のスクリーニング検査として有用である．

Coronary artery disease is an important and frequent complication of peripheral vascular patients (ASO). Therefore a non-invasive screening method is needed to decide the surgical indication for peripheral vascular patients. We studied the usefulness of stress scintigra phy (SSG) by using a bicycle ergometer. Fourty-nine patients with chest pain or ECG abnormality were subjected to this study. Twenty-seven patients had coronary arteriography (CAG) performed on them. The redistribution image was noted 39 of the 49 patients who actually performed SSG.
