破壊性心筋病変を心生検にて確認しえた甲状腺機能亢進症の1例

Hyperthyroidism with destructive myocardial changes observed by means of endomyocardial biopsy:Report of a case

　心電図上著明なST・T変化を認めたにもかかわらず，選択的冠状動脈造影で狭窄性病変を見い出しえず，心生検にて著明なる心筋障害病変を認めた甲状腺機能亢進症を1例経験した。甲状腺機能亢進症の心筋生検像に関する報告¹は少なく，今回二，三の知見を得たので報告する。

A fifty one-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital because of palpitation, edema and weight loss. Both lobes of the thyroid were enlarged and a thyroid function test revealed hyperthyroidism. Marked ST･T changes were shown in an ECG, but significant stenosis was not found by selective coronary arteriography.
