要旨●小腸カプセル内視鏡（CE）はその侵襲性の低さと診断精度の高さから，原因不明の消化管出血（obscure gastrointestinal bleeding ; OGIB）に対して広く施行されている診断機器である．2021年1月に，カプセル内部に4機のカメラを有し360°パノラマ撮影を可能にした新規CEであるCapsoCam Plus®が本邦で使用可能となり，CEの選択肢が拡がった．従来のCEと比較し，CE内部にフラッシュメモリを有するため，体外受信機を必要とせず，視野角が広いことが特徴である．CEの使い分けについては，今後さらなる症例の集積が必要である．

　Capsule endoscopy（CE）is widely used diagnostic modality in the clinical practice for obscure gastrointestinal bleeding due to its low invasiveness and high diagnostic accuracy. In January 2021, CapsoCam Plus®, a new CE with four cameras inside the capsule that enables 360° panoramic viewing, became available in Japan. CapsoCam Plus stores images flash memory in the capsule. Unlike other CE system, it does not require image transmission to an extracorporeal receiver, allowing for long operating time exceeding 15 hours. The proper use of CEs needs to be discussed based on the accumulation of cases in the future.
