要旨●患者は70歳代，男性．咽頭癌と食道癌の治療後サーベイランス中に，中咽頭後壁に5mm大の表面平坦型病変を認めた．半年後のEGDにて腫瘍の増大を認めたため，入院加療の方針となり，発見から11か月後にELPSにて切除を施行した．ELPS時の内視鏡観察では腫瘍は15mm大まで増大し，中心部に深い陥凹を認めたため，筋層への浸潤の可能性も考慮し筋層の一部も含めて，ELPSにて一括切除した．病理組織学的所見は，腫瘍は上皮下層深層まで浸潤しており，一部で横紋筋への浸潤を認めた．比較的短期間に急速に発育した咽頭癌で，非常にまれな症例と考えられた．

　We describe the case of a man in his 70s with a history of pharyngeal and esophageal carcinoma found to have a 5mm diameter 0-IIb tumor in the oropharynx during surveillance esophagogastroduodenoscopy. After 11 months, the tumor was seen to have grown to 15mm in diameter with an area of depression at the center of the tumor. The tumor was resected by endoscopic laryngopharyngeal surgery and diagnosed as T2（infiltration into the muscular layer）with no vessel involvement. This case of rapidly progressive superficial pharyngeal carcinoma is considered rare.
