Explanation of Clinical Practice Guidelines for Gastrointestinal Neuroendocrine Tumors

要旨●2015年に発行された膵・消化管神経内分泌腫瘍（NET）診療ガイドライン 第1版の消化管に関する内容の要約を行った．本ガイドラインは一般臨床医がNET患者に最新の知識に基づいた治療を行えることを目的に作成された．NETは希少疾患のためエビデンスに乏しく，推奨度の決定に関しては海外のガイドラインを参考にして日本の専門医の討議と多数決により決定されたものも含まれている．また国際的には標準診療となっているが本邦では未承認の治療法に関しても記載されている．今後，病理学的分類，診断や治療についての研究およびエビデンスの蓄積が進み，より成熟したものになっていくことが期待される．

　The Treatment Guidelines for Pancreato-intestinal NETs（neuroendocrine tumors）in Japan were summarized, focusing on the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal NETs. The purpose of these guidelines is to provide clinicians with the latest information about the diagnosis and management of NETs. Because of a paucity of evidence, some of the recommendations were determined on the basis of expert opinion. It is expected that these guidelines will be updated soon with the accumulation of evidence in this area.
