Cutaneous Manifestations of Gastrointestinal Malignancy

要旨●デルマドロームという言葉は一般的に用いられているが，本邦でしか使われていない．“内臓病変の存在を示す皮膚の症候である”として理解および説明するときには便利な用語である．皮膚と内臓病変との関連性を理解しておけば，背景にある内臓病変の存在を疑うことができるという大きな利点がある．また，皮膚病変と内臓病変の関連性において，多くはどのような悪性腫瘍の頻度が高いかが知られているので，網羅的に全身検索を行うというより，優先的に進めるべき検査が上がってくる．したがって，両者の関連性を理解することが実地診療上有益となる．

　Concomitant cutaneous findings are not uncommon in patients with GI（gastrointestinal）diseases. These dermatologic manifestations may precede clinically evident GI diseases. This study focuses on dermatologic findings as they relate to hereditary and nonhereditary polyposis and paraneoplastic disorders. This emphasizes the important role of dermatologists in the diagnosis, detection, monitor, and treatment of these disorders while consulting and collaborating with their colleagues in gastroenterology.
