胃・大腸内視鏡検査における色素法と拡大観察

Endoscopic Dye-spraying Method and Magnified Observation in Gastro-and Colonoscopy

要旨　消化管内視鏡検査法の中にあって，色素内視鏡検査，拡大内視鏡検査は共に技術的にも診断理論の面からも完成された方法である．しかし“比較診断学”の立場に立って，再び胃と大腸の方法を相互に比較してみると，互いに学ぶべき点は少なくなく，意外な盲点にも気付くものである．“比較診断学”という古くて新しい視野の上に立って，胃と大腸の内視鏡検査を見直すことによって，新しい視野が開拓されないものか，大きな期待が持たれる．

　Among gastrointestinal endoscopic study, both endoscopic dye-spraying method and magnified endoscopic examination are well established methods from technical and diagnostic viewpoints. However, if the gastroscopic and colonoscopic methods are compared from a comparative diagnostic standpoint, a lot of mutual benefits and unexpected blind-spots can be lighted up.

　Having another look at gastric and colonic endoscopic examinations by comparing each other may help to explore new fields in endoscopy.
