胃の潰瘍・ポリープ・慢性胃炎の病理―その歩み，展望，そして問題点

A Review on Histopathological Studies of Gastric Ulcer and Polyp, and Chronic Gastritis during the Past Twenty Years

要旨　過去約20年間の胃の潰瘍・ポリープ・慢性胃炎の病理学的なことに関する歩みとして，潰瘍（潰瘍の分類，潰瘍の良性悪性サイクル，潰瘍と癌の因果律），ポリープ（肉眼分類，組織発生，分化型癌との鑑別診断），そして慢性胃炎（切除標本の腸上皮化生染色，腸上皮化生の分類，腸上皮化生の程度と年齢・性との関係）を概観した．そして，展望・問題点については，胃底腺粘膜におけるUl-Ⅰの診断，異型度の客観化，および腸上皮化生の原因を挙げた．

　Out of numerous pathological studies on gastric ulcer and polyp, and chronic gastritis during the past 20 years, the followings have been briefly reviewed: classification of the ulcer by histological depth, benign and malignant cycles of the ulcer, ulcer-cancer sequence, macroscopic classification and histogenesis of the polyp, differential diagnosis of adenoma and differentiated carcinoma, macroscopic interpretation of severity of intestinal metaplasia by histochemical stainings, and grade of intestinal metaplasia by age and sex.
