要旨　当科で長期間内科的に経過観察されている腸型Behçet病3例およびsimple ulcer 1例に関してその臨床経過を報告した．女性2例，男性2例であり，1例は外科的治療が行われているが，他の3例に関しては内科的に治療され，良好な経過が得られている．

　Three cases of intestinal Behçet's disease and one case of simple ulcer were reported. One patient with intestinal Behçet's disease was surgically treated, because she was resistant to the medication. Another 3 cases, 2 with intestinal Behçet's dlsease, and 1 with simpie ulcer, have been successively treated with salicylazosulfapyridine (SASP). Generally, SASP was administrated 6-8 g/day as the acute phase treatment, and 3-4.5 g/day was administrated as the chronic phase treatment.
